Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was like a dream, with a picturesque view of the downtown street right from my room. The location was unbeatable, placing me at the heart of downtown where all the action happens. Everything was in good order, making my stay truly enjoyable, although the road noise was a small downside.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the rooftop area was perfect for walking our dog. While the rooms were a bit small for two people, they were well-appointed, although showing some age and wear on the carpet, drawers, and desks. The service was top-notch, with amiable staff, a clean design throughout, and a great location in Asheville. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance to the best bars and restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the Biltmore Estate. The dining experience, though not free, was convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel and its central location, despite a slight issue with the strong perfume in some areas.
The hotel has a central location perfect for exploring downtown Asheville, with various restaurants and attractions nearby. The rooms, while somewhat small with a few maintenance issues like a broken blind and odors, are equipped with unique features like a step-in shower/tub. The service was exemplary, with thoughtful gestures for special occasions. The dining options were pricey and not deemed worth the cost. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location and friendly service, but improvements are needed in room maintenance and dining value.
